By accessing or using Crowdcheckr's occupancy monitoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Crowdcheckr provides AI-powered occupancy monitoring solutions for venues, including real-time people counting, capacity alerts, and compliance reporting. Our service uses computer vision technology to anonymously count entries and exits.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate venue and contact information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our technology
• Notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized access

4. Hardware and Installation

Crowdcheckr hardware remains the property of Crowdcheckr unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for providing adequate power, internet connectivity, and mounting locations as specified during installation.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Data Accuracy

While our AI-powered counting system is highly accurate, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Crowdcheckr should be used as a tool to assist with occupancy management, not as the sole determinant for safety decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crowdcheckr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must return any Crowdcheckr hardware and we will delete your data per our data retention policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
